Mum and dad Wanda Ventham, well know actress of television, and her husband Tim Carlton an actor, show off their newborn baby son. Benedict (Cumberbatch), Ben for short, was born at the Queen Charlotte’s Hospital in West London, weighing nine pounds and 2 ounces.

So adorable.

Not what we’d usually post but these were all over the national press at the time.

I’d been wondering when someone would find them - the only “new” reference in that unauthorised bio was to these pictures. Kudos to Deareje for finding them.

Also Wanda looks amazing.
